What are your hours of operation?
We operate year-round and have hours based on the season (fall/winter and spring/summer). Please visit http://goldennozzlecarwash.com/locations/ for the operating hours for each of our locations.

Are your vacuums really free?
We offer free self-serve vacuums at most of our locations, wherever possible. You are welcome to use our self-serve vacuums, no purchase necessary. Most of the vacuums at our locations are free. Please double check the location you are planning to visit.
What types of washes do you offer?
Exterior Wash: Enjoy a ride through the tunnel with a soft cloth wash with a touch-free dry.
What is the height restriction of the wash tunnel?
All locations can accommodate at least a 7’2” vehicle.
Do the washes include drying?
Each wash includes a timed air dry at the end.
Does it damage my car to wash it every day?
We use a soft cloth wash procedure and Simoniz chemicals, which are safe for all vehicle finishes. You can wash every day without damage to your car.
Do you close in the rain?
While we usually do stay open in the rain, we reserve the right to close for inclement weather.

How do I go unlimited?

How do I pay for my unlimited plan? 
The credit or debit card used when you go unlimited will be charged monthly on your anniversary date.
How often can I wash? 
You can wash as often as you like, as long as your Unlimited Wash Pass remains active.
How do I cancel my unlimited plan? 
Membership can be cancelled at any time online, by phone or at any car wash location. To cancel online, click HERE. To cancel via phone, call (413) 642-9137 Mon - Fri (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET). To cancel at any car wash location, visit our location page for your nearest location.
Terms and Conditions

Membership Subscription, Management & Cancellation

· Credit or debit card required at time of purchase.

· Membership automatically renews and is BILLED MONTHLY to the credit card on the sign-up date.

· Membership can be cancelled at any time online, by phone or at any car wash location.

· Cancelled memberships are valid until the anniversary of your sign-up date.

· No partial month refunds will be given regardless of usage.

·Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, your new benefits start right away and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the price difference. If you downgrade, the change and pricing will go into effect on your next billing date.

Additional Membership Terms & Conditions

· Membership is for one vehicle and is valid during normal business hours.

· Unlimited Wash Pass may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.

· We reserve the right to temporarily close one or more locations due to inclement weather, holidays or equipment failure.

· Tag must be attached to the front windshield.

· Members will be charged for tag replacement and transfers.

· Membership tag may not be tampered with or used/transferred to a different vehicle. Any unreported change of vehicle ownership will void membership.

· Not valid at touch free car wash locations.

· Tax applicable on wash passes purchased in CT.

· Prices may vary depending on the location of the car wash.

· We reserve the right to change the program, plans or price at any time.

· Membership is for personal use only; livery service vehicles, ride share vehicles and taxi cabs are prohibited.

· If the membership is used in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without a refund.

· We reserve the right to revoke membership for abuse or misuse of the program, as deemed by management.

As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.

PET SERVICES

Do you have a pet wash?
Yes! We take care of your car and your furry friends at select Golden Nozzle locations.
Is it easy to use? 
Yes! Just purchase tokens from an attendant to get the wash started. We have a variety of treatments to choose from, starting at $5.
Is there a weight limit? 
No, furry friends of any size are welcome.

FLEET SERVICES

Do you have a fleet program?
Golden Nozzle offers a business fleet program perfect for whatever size fleet you have.
How does it work?
Just fill out the form here and indicate how many washes you want to purchase. We offer bulk discounts for a minimum of 50 washes.
